Sessions for babies and young children are 45 minutes in length and the rate is $90. If baby is too young, or if for medical reasons unable to leave home, I will gladly come to you. There may be additional cost to accommodate travel time outside of a 10-mile radius. Sliding scale pricing is also available if needed, so don't let cost be a deterrent. Please call to discuss.
BCST for Babies & Toddlers
If your Little One is having trouble, BCST (Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy) may be able to help.
You and your child may be navigating the after-effects of a difficult birth, birth interventions, or a surgical procedure. Baby may be experiencing nursing or digestive issues, or having sleep problems. The major transition of adoption may need smoothing out. Or maybe you just feel like something's not quite right, a little off.
In times past, we humans had layers of support around us all the time in the form of siblings and parents, aunties and uncles, cousins, grandparents, neighbors, medicine folk, shamans, elders, and family friends. This meant we had layers of experience, wisdom, and helping hands supporting us that helped make caregiving easier.
Having layers of support surrounding you and your child lightens your own burden, and helps ensure baby's ability to thrive. A win-win.
Nowadays, most of us have to create that web of support around us from our chosen tribe, comprised of trusted family, caring friends, professional resources, and knowledgeable practitioners. BCST can be a layer of support that makes a world of difference for you and your child, now and in the long-run.
Feel free to reach out with any questions or to discuss what you and/or baby are experiencing and whether BCST might be able to help. And may you discover and create around you and your Little One many capable and loving layers of support.
